Recertification

In order to be recertified as an active member of GCN, U.S.A. for the year beginning May 1, 2010, you must complete the Ministry Accountability, Data and Covenant forms and submit your $50 membership fee. You may download the forms using the link below or complete them online. If you choose to complete the forms online or scan and submit them by e-mail, you may send them to info@gcnusa.org.  If you choose to download the forms, please mail them to the address below. If you have difficulty accessing or downloading the forms, please call the GCN, U.S.A. administrative office at 303.368.7109 or e-mail us at info@gcnusa.org. 

You can pay your membership fee online with a credit card or you may mail a check or money order along with your recertification forms. The recertification dues remain at $50 payable by check, money order or credit card (online). This year you may pay the dues in two installments of $25, if you choose. The first installment of $25 must accompany your recertification form. If you choose the installment option, the balance must be paid by April 1, 2010. The deadline for submission of your recertification documents is March 22, 2010. Your new membership card will be mailed to you by the end of April.
