Lubinda
Akamandisa was ordained as a teacher in January 2008 by Global Change Network, U.S.A. in Ndola, Zambia. Pastor Akamandisa serves as the associate pastor at Closer Walk Bible
Church in Ndola where he has been instrumental in establishing and implementing
the plans for growing the church, both spiritually and numerically. He is also
a police officer and serves as a chaplain on the police force. Pastor Akamandisa has recently been selected to

Nelly Chikwanda
is a member of the board of overseers for Global Change Network, Southern Africa
and a member of GCN, U.S.A. She was ordained an apostle in 2005 at
Colorado Christian Fellowship in Aurora, Colorado. She serves as
presiding bishop at New Life Church in Ndola, Zambia. Bishop Nelly is a
prominent figure throughout Zambia and has ministered abroad, including in the
U.S.A. She is a bold, dynamic leader who
is passionate about seeing the people of Africa rise from spiritual, social and
material poverty.
James Chilambwe
was ordained an apostle in January 2008 by GCN, U.S.A. in Ndola, Zambia.
He is senior pastor of New Life Ministries in Lusaka, Zambia and is the
overseeing apostle for a number of new church plants there.
Robert Kapaso is
a member of the board of overseers of Global Change Network, Southern Africa and
senior pastor of Life Miracle Center and oversees a network of churches. He was
ordained in January 2008 by GCN, U.S.A. as an apostle. Apostle Kapaso is
passionate about church planting and equipping leaders. He is also working
diligently with his leadership and congregation to complete work on their new
church building.
Ernest Mangamu
was ordained as an apostle in January 2008 by GCN, U.S.A. in January 2008.
Since 1997, Apostle Mangamu has served as the senior pastor of New Life
Ministries in Ndola. He is passionate about leadership development and economic
empowerment and often be found, traveling to churches throughout southern
Africa (often in rural areas), teaching and training leaders.
Billy Mate was
ordained as an apostle in August 2005 by the Board of Overseers of GCN, U.S.A. before a large crowd of his family,
friends and city fathers in Ndola, Zambia. Apostle
Billy is the senior pastor of Closer Walk Bible Church in Ndola. He is
particularly passionate about prayer. It was at a 2005 national prayer
conference that Apostle Billy initiated in Lusaka that he met Apostle Phillip Smith. Jr.
Apostle Billy served as the first Overseeing Apostle for Global Change Network, Southern Africa.
Edwin Phiri was
ordained as a pastor in January 2008 by GCN, U.S.A., in Ndola, Zambia. Pastor
Phiri is the senior pastor of the Ebenezer Assembly, in Bwnna Mkubwa, which is
associated with the Apostolic Faith Mission in Zambia. He is passionate about
presenting the gospel message to the lost and seeing people set free from
bondage. He also has a focus that takes the message and ministry of the church
outside the four walls and into the community.
Chilanji S. Shinkolo was ordained as an apostle in January 2008 by GCN, U.S.A. in Ndola, Zambia. He is the senior pastor of Crown Christian Center in Ndola, Zambia and the founder of Crown of Fire Ministries. Additionally, he serves as the overseeing apostle of All Crown Churches Network. Apostle Shinkolo is passionate about strengthening and laying the proper spiritual foundation for the church. He is the author of the recently published book, Shining for Impact.
