About GCN, S.A.

As part of its worldwide mission, GCN, U.S.A. has as one of its goals the establishment of affiliates in various regions of the world. The mission of the affiliates is consistent with the overall mission of the parent organization, and affiliates are given a jurisdictional sphere of operation determined by GCN, U.S.A.

In 2007, after three years of working to build relationships and a foundation for the expansion of our global vision, the first affiliate, Global Change Network, Southern Africa, was established. This division of GCN, U.S.A. is headquartered in Ndola, Zambia and is headed by Apostle Billy Mate.

One of the highlights of 2006 was the ordination of Apostle Billy in Zambia. Members of this affiliate have been trained and ordained in a manner similar to the members of GCN, U.S.A.

The organization is governed by a three-member Board of Overseers and currently has six members.
