Philosophy

As part of its worldwide mission, GCN, U.S.A. has as one of its goals the establishment of affiliates in various regions of the world. The mission of the affiliates is consistent with the overall mission of the parent organization, and affiliates are given a jurisdictional sphere of operation determined by GCN, U.S.A.

An affiliate is established at the discretion of the Board of Overseers of GCN, U.S.A. and has a jurisdictional sphere of operation determined by the board. The mission and vision of the affiliate is consistent with the overall mission and vision of GCN, U.S.A.
