Our Leadership

The vision of GCN, U.S.A. is guided by Apostle Phillip Smith, Jr. and the Board of Overseers which governs the affairs of the organization. The Board of Overseers is accountable to the Board of Elders of Colorado Christian Fellowship. The Board of Overseers is responsible for deciding all matters of GCN, U.S.A. and also gives input into the mission of the organization:

Apostle Phillip Smith is the founder and Overseeing Apostle for GCN, U.S.A. He is a member of the Board of Overseers and is the senior pastor and founder of Colorado Christian Fellowship in Aurora, Colorado. Pastor Phil was ordained an apostle in 2003 and has ministered, taught and provided apostolic leadership at home and abroad.

David Portee is the Director of GCN, U.S.A. and Chairman of the Board of Overseers for the organization. He is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the organization as well as helping to cast the vision of the organization. He is an ordained pastor.

Antoinette McNair is a member of the Board of Overseers and an ordained prophet. Antoinette has taught the prophet’s class at Christian Vocational Training School at Colorado Christian Fellowship in Aurora Colorado and has conducted training workshops in the prophetic in the U.S.A ., England and in Zambia.

Betty Rice is a member of the Board of Overseers and an ordained evangelist and pastor. Betty is the founder and president of Betty Rice Ministries, which allows her to minister through the preached word as well as conduct outreach to the community.

Cheryl Stockham is a member of the Board of Overseers and serves as the secretary. She is an ordained prophet and currently teaches the prophet’s class at Christian Vocational Training School at Colorado Christian Fellowship in Aurora, Colorado and has done prophetic ministry in the U.S.A,  England and Zambia.
